Privacy

This is a small site. It collects the contact form, and nothing else.

Last updated 14 August 2026.

What the contact form collects

When you send a message through the form, it collects your name, your email address, your brand or company if you choose to give it, and whatever you write in the message. That is all of it. Nothing is required beyond what you can see on the form.

It is used for one thing: replying to you and, if we end up working together, running the project. It is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list.

Who else can see it

The form is handled by Netlify, which hosts this site. Submissions pass through and are stored on Netlify's systems before reaching Nicholas, so their privacy terms apply to that step. Netlify also records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of serving any website.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing follows you to other sites.

How long it is kept, and how to remove it

Messages are kept while there is a reason to keep them: an active conversation, a live project, or records for a completed one. If you want your message and details deleted, ask and they will be, subject to anything that has to be retained for tax or accounting reasons.

To ask about anything on this page, or to have your data removed, send a message through the form and say so.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
